About LinkBacksim sure this is covered in the codex, but alas im at work and cant reference it.
can you take crushing claws with a gun weapon, and use the d6 for the guns shots?
like for example, could you have a d6 shot venom cannon?

You can take both a gun biomorph and crushing claws, but the D6 only applies to CC.

The number of shots each weapon has is always worked out from the base number of attacks before any upgrades are added.

same applies for scything talons. ST only give you an extra attack in CC. they do not affect ranged weapons
