    That's a lot of nids! You're very lucky. Yes use the Pyrovores as count-as Biovores (they look very similar).

    What kind of list do you want?

    Honestly not to sure! My favorite models are honestly the Carnifex but I know he is not tournament viable anymore. I would have to say I love the brood guard but I also like the idea of swamping my opponant with nids. I would if I could fit 100 nids in 1000 points.

    I have also come up with an alt list that looks fun.

    == HQ ==
    Tyranid Prime (1) - Devourer, Lash Whip And Bonesword, AG = 105 pts.

    == Elites ==
    Hive Guard Brood (2) = 100 pts.
    Hive Guard Brood (2) = 100 pts.

    == Troops ==
    Tervigon (1) - Stinger Salvo, AG, Toxin Sacs, Cat, Taken As Troops = 195 pts.
    Termagant Brood (20 ) - Fleshborer = 100 pts.
    Hormagaunt Brood (20 ) - Toxin Sacs = 160 pts.
    Broodlord Brood (233 pts.)
    Broodlord (1) - AG = 63 pts.
    Genestealer (10 ) - AG = 170 pts.

    == Heavy Support ==
    Tyrannofex (1) - Rupture Cannon, Stinger Salvo, Thorax Swarm - Electroshock Grubs = 265 pts.
    Trygon Prime (1) - Containment Spines, Trygon Prime Upgrade, Synapse Creature, Shadow In The Warp = 240 pts.

    == Total ==
    1498 pts.

    I don't know it just seems like so many possable lists I don't know what to do! Seriously I look at one then go "But what about this" and all comers lists are hard to make! ARGH

    PS I was always going to get a Tervigon but the thread on the Rupture cannon made me want!

    you have a good head on your shoulders and an instinct for the Nids!
    a pretty solid "all-comers" list,
    I'd just change the stealers brood with the Broodlord to another Tervigon and axing the prime on the trygon will give you enough points for another 20 or so terma.

    in my experience 2 brood of stealers is pretty much overkill^^.

    and the tervi is a she-fex so it will suit your taste as a big tanky fex list=P

    What about Synapse? I figured what i would do is Charge up the front with the Hormagaunts/Termigaunts and the Tervigon behind. Behind them I would keep the Tyranofex and to the left and right I would keep the give guard. I would sneak the brood in the back and pick a juicy CC target. I would then back them up with a nice Trygon. I figured with them I would be able to wipe out tanks and other targets that stuck behind. Below is the list you suggested:

    == HQ ==
    Tyranid Prime (1) - Devourer, Lash Whip And Bonesword, AG = 105 pts.

    == Elites ==
    Hive Guard Brood (2) = 100 pts.
    Hive Guard Brood (2) = 100 pts.

    == Troops ==
    Tervigon (1) - Stinger Salvo, AG, Toxin Sacs, Cat, Taken As Troops = 195 pts.
    Tervigon (1) - Stinger Salvo, AG, Toxin Sacs, Cat, Taken As Troops = 195 pts.
    Termagant Brood (20 ) - Fleshborer = 100 pts.
    Hormagaunt Brood (20 ) - Toxin Sacs = 160 pts.
    Termagant Brood (16) - Fleshborer = 80 pts.

    == Heavy Support ==
    Tyrannofex (1) - Rupture Cannon, Stinger Salvo, Thorax Swarm - Electroshock Grubs = 265 pts.
    Trygon (1) - Instinctive Behaviour - Feed = 200 pts.

    == Total ==
    1500 pts.

    Give me three good reasons as to why the Hormagaunts are necessary in that list. If you can't, ditch them for Termagants (2x3.

    I was told by most people Hormogaunts are like 2x as good at Termagaunts with their sexy 3 attacks on a charge. I was also told 30 in a unit is to big and is a pain to move and get in to fights so to keep them at 20. I know most aruge the numbers but I find 20 to be a good amount. And is this for list 1 or 2? I kinda like the first list with the Genestealers but I don't know how good they really are. They seem really mean and could cut though low armored troops like a hot power weapon though a marine.

    I so love building armies! ARGH WHAT TO DO!
