Was great to see the usual suspects again - Kuffey, minus t, Toastee, Arklite and i suppose Papa K....  I seem to keep bringing this Camel thing with me too  I'll try to post a few more times between meets this year - some of the people who don't already know me might recognise the name when i introduce myself that way! |

I would just like to thank toastie for all the hard work he put into the meet up and i would recommend anyone and everyone to come next year he not only organised the hotels but he also did the evening meals and knew the best places to go and have a drink  hopefully the next meets on my birthday so i can join them so again thank you toastie for all your hard work and hope to see you next year

I thought one was the Trip... Oldest pub in England, you know. At least, one of the 3 in Nottingham that claim to be the oldest.

I took some notes in preparation for writing a longer meetup report, but now that I've been back home for a while, it turns out I'm way to lazy to accually do it, so I'll just quote myself from IRC. <@Kaiser-> Quick summary would be that I had a good time and that I now hate airports. Erm... I wonder what I had taken in that video... O.o Lots of flailing arms and incoherent speach! IIRC it was something about gay marines on WarSeer or something... Rods and carpet indeed. Also, my bag have now arrived so I am uploading pics as we speak. |
