THE SPEECH! And the caption contest

Ok, as you all now know, from Saturday morning I had a very rough voice - and then later, no voice. And I don't know if you were all just taking pity on my voice or if you were just disinterested, but I never got to give you my amazing speech!!

First of all, I'd like to thank you for coming to the meet, and making our fifth year quite a special one. We had a great turn out of new and old faces, and I think we all got along well and fun was had by all. I would like to thank those who took part in the mega battle, though I do thoroughly believe we were outclassed by the BEARDY players on the other side; although the Stompa gained a small measure of revenge.

I would like to thank my fellow Mods, DanJones, Minus_t, and Riptor for the four way Mod Off; the winner of which, was no one. But only due to a bloody immobilised rhino that Riptor owned. *mutters darkly at Dan* I am happy with the raffle and would like to express my great delight at the raising of about £80 for the prizes and for the delight of those not present, I'll now list the prizes and winners, from last to first.

True, being as I was the only one capable of growing one! I mean, I had Herby and -T on my team. Beards? Bah! But yes, when those hazard stripes are on a titan cowering behind a building all day, they are a little better than beards. Again, I would like to retort to -T and his inability to roll dice correctly. And by that I mean able to roll high enough to actually do something useful. Congratulations for immobilising the 'never-going-to-move' titan.
