To change the topic a bit, no offense guys, I'm organizing "Big Rob's big tournament" at GW Alamo, it's 2500 points on May 22nd. We've got 12 available spots currently. Let me know if you want in, please no flakers. (Have yet to decide if its a $10 buy in or not, just depends if you guys want prize support or not).

Sorry man, I only have about 1750 painted up so far, although I do have more sitting in boxes waiting to be painted. I'll probably have 2500 done in about 3 or 4 months though if I keep up with my painting time line. 1 more vendetta, another set of forgeworld shotgun veterans, 2 chimera's, and maybe 2 more line squads w/ autocannons, 3 flamer soldiers, a demolisher, and or another griffon, and a regimental standard, shouldn't be too much to finish right?

I decided to cure my boredom over the holidays by building a gaming table. And being a poor college student I did it for under $100. (lol)
Here's photos of it and some terrain features (these are old photos, as everything has a base, and the bunkers have ramps.)

We were thinking about taking it on a test run this weekend and we'll do commisions if you like it. For either of these two "events" let me know.

ignore my Skaven btw, they're just there.

Hey all; hope this thread is still active, I'm a 40k player visiting Alameda area for 2-3 months. It appears Endgame is the closest shop...possible to get to without a car from Alameda shipyards?

I'll be free most evenings, looking to get ALOT of gaming in. The only army I have on me is the somewhat out-of-favor mechanized Deathwing (200; but I don't mind getting my bum handed to me so long as the company's good!

So, anybody still monitoring this? I'd really dig a few nights a week spent rolling dice.

Close to Castro valley Bart is a place I frequent, Ronin games and hobby. Great place, great owner, and great gaming circle. Our march 40k turney should be starting soon. We are on the verge of having enough players to do a campaign.

    Hope this helps.
