Welcome to Librarium Online!
Sorry for aiding the cluttering of this board, but I'd really like to get your input on this list of mine.
-avatar of war
-the flayed hauberk
-invocation of nehek
-additional spell (vanhel's dance macabre)
-book of arkhan
-mounted on a corpse cart
26 Skeleton Warriors
5 Dire Wolves
5 Dire Wolves
4 Fell Bats
Army total 1002/1000 points.
**As you see I have opted to go for a strong magic phase. Mannfred seems to be an accomplished hero-level sorceror so he should perform well in that role. Mannfred joins the Skeletons while the Necromancer hangs out nearby along with the Ghouls. The Fell Bats, Wolves and the Black Knights go about doing their thing, performing raiding parties and acting as hammers (especially the Black Knights here).**
I will be facing off against the Empire, the Dark Elves and the Lizardmen the most. I hope I'll be able to stand a chance against them all. The only thing that worries me is that Mannfred is lacking any kind of save at all. Hopefully I'll get to choose my battles somehow though.
So, what do you guys think?

I don't really have much to say besides that I think it looks like a good list.
Lots of mobility which is great.
Thanks for the positive words, brushman.
An idea I have been toying with is to remove the Black Knights along with 5 Skeleton Warriors (bringing them down to 19+Mannfred) and use the points freed up to add a Varghulf.
Looking at it's rule set, the Varghulf can prove to be one heck of a beast. It's only true downside compared to the Black Knights would be it's inability to charge through obstacles.
Any input on this decision?
Some of the downsides of the Vargulf vs. Black knights is that it cannot remove rank bonus as it only has a unit strength of 4. Also 1 lucky cannon shot could kill it.
On the upside it's way nasty and is toughness 5!
I'd rather keep the skeletons and black knights then Varghulf. If I'm correct Varghulf has the Vampire rule which would be nice to have so nearby units could march though.
Either way would probably work fine. I'd just go with whaterver you think would be funner to use, or if you can try both out.
I've played three battles over the last few days (one against Empire and two against the Dark Elves) whilst using Varghulf over the Black Knights. I've not even tried them out yet, Varghulf have been so impressive that I just can't bear to drop him.
He terrorizes, he mauls and bashes his way through an enemy flank. It's glorious.
He even managed to down an Empire Captain carrying the Sword of Fate (or something close) who had targeted out Varghulf with the sword's power. Following his triumph he proceeded to hold against a unit of charging Inner Circle Knights.
So anyway, I have decided to re-visit my list. Take a look above and you'll see the new version!
Let me know what you think.
Edit: Oh right, I've also decided against using Mannfred due to his utter lack of defensive capabilities. I almost lost one of the games due to a last ditch attack against him by a bunch of Dark Riders. He fell to their spears but the game ended before my army crumbled.
Also, a mere 10 Ghouls have proven to be quite ineffective against most things they have encountered, whilst trying to raise an entire new Zombie unit from the ground has proven challenging due to the amount of dispel dice my opponents have at their disposal. Starting with 20 of them right off the go should do atleast somewhat good. And if not, they're only 84 points!
