    2000 Competetive Vampire Counts

    Hello all.

I'm restarting Fantasy with Vampire Counts. Tailoring is fine here, cheese isn't considered to exist. So feel free to suggest me anything to do. I don't have the models for this list. I will be building towards it.

    Vampire Lord 450
    -Infinite Hatred
    -Avatar of Death
    -Walking Death
    -Beguile
    -Lvl 3 Summoner
    -Sword of Might
    -The Flayed Hauberk
    -Crown of the Damned
    -Dispel Scroll

    Vampire 165

    -Dark Acolyte

    -Avatar of Death

    -Sword of Might

    Vampire 165

    -Dark Acolyte

    -Avatar of Death

    -Sword of Might

    Vampire 200
    -Dark Acolyte

    -Avatar of Death

    -Sword of Might

    -The Book of Arkhan

    Core:

    25 Skeletons
    -Full Command

    25 Skeletons
    -Full Command

    15 Skeletons
    -Full Command

    Corpse Cart
    -Balefire

    3 Dire Wolves

    Special:

    20 Grave Guard

    -Full Command
    -Banner of the Dead Legion
    -Great Weapons

    1999 Points
    93 Models
    11 Power Dice
    5 Dispel Dice

The Corpse Cart joins the 15 Skeleton unit, bulking it up. Grave Guard go on a flank. The Dire Wolves exist to tie up a cannon or warmachine. I just march up, summoning myself back to full health. Get into combat, and hope I grind them down.

Grave Guard are there to kill with Vanhels one way or another. The Skeletons will do a mix of killing and holding things up for the Grave Guard to get around and axe them.

How does it look? I feel like I have too much in characters, and too few units. I feel like I'll get out flanked but I've never played at 2k so I don't know what to think or keep in mind when building a list. Please help me with any information.

    Jacaran.

After a quick look, this looks like a solid list, but Dire Wolves need to come in at least units of five.
The Rep Thumb is to the left of my post, in case you didn't see it.

Pretty solid but there are some mistakes

You can't put a corpse cart in a unit except if he is ridden by a necro.
You can't take 2 swords of might. And they aren't so good i would reccomand to use these.
    Bsb
    dreadknight
    ihate

    helm of com
    black per

    dark acolyte
    lord of dead

    book of ark
    cadaverioes cuirras
    nightmare

    sup horror
    avatar of dead

    talisman of lycni
    wristbands of black gold

drop the 15 skell and put some zombies without comm
take some magic banners with the big skellies .

drop the GW on the GG

    That's about it.

I agree with wout. But also i say drop the unit champs on the skeletons theyre kinda pointless imo. then with the extra points add to your unit of dire wolfs bumping it up to 6 making it better, and the minimum unit size on dire wolfs is 5 any way.
