the vargharf and fell bats go up a flank warmachine hunting, the two non casting vampires go in grave guard the forbidden lore vamp uses lore of beasts bears anger or fire and flaming sword of rhuin to be a hard hitting fighter skeletons and grave guard just march across table being healed/raised larger by the summoning lord
any ideas or advice would be great i have enough models to pretty much field anything so if a total revamp is in order thats possible
thanks im new to the forums as well, and hardcore vamps player

Hiya, I'm pretty much new to these forums as well but I'd still like to welcome you here, heheh.
I like what you've come up with so far, but there are a few suggestions for changes that I'll give you. First, I would consider dropping one of the grave guard units and bumping the remaining one up to 20 man strong. I would then give those remaining grave guard great weapons, since your list currently lacks hitting power. With the remaining points I would give the skull staff to your lord, and also switch the dark acolyte power out for forbidden lore. Finally, I would then add a corpse cart with an unholy lodestone and keep it behind your grave guard unit, to give them a chance of ASFing when you need it the most.
The forbidden lore will also guarantee that your lord will have the danse macabre spell, another way to get ASF for your grave guard, and the skull staff will boost all of your casting and dispelling.
Also, sorry for this but I just have to, the monster is called a Varghulf... although Vargharf does have a nice ring to it, heheh.
