Hi there, I was just wondering if this looks like a solid list, any constructive input is much appreciated.
Vampire Lord 345pts
-The flayed Hauberk
-Staff of damnation
-Summon creatures of the night
-The Cadaverous Cuirass
Crypt Ghouls 176pts
-two units of 10
-2 crypt ghasts
Skeleton warriors 220pts
Skeleton warriors 220pts
Blood Knights 320pts
Is there anything I am missing? And my idea with the flying vampire is to use him to fly around the blood knights using the staff of damnation to give them an extra kick in combat.
Let me know what you think.
PS: I just want to make sure that when I chose vampiric powers for the vampires, I add the cost of the powers to the total cost of the model right?

Don't have unit champs in your ghouls if u use them in units of 10. I'd just use one unit of 20.
Dire wolves into 2 units.
Black Coach not right for this list. You don't have enought power dice to make it effective, imo, but its your call..... I would go with the Vargulf. Actually the black coach could work on second thought.... i would just keep it in between your skellie units with your characters in them, use it to stop those units from being charged head on from a tough unit and from your Black coach from being charged without being double flanked.
I would give the blood knights blood keep banner, they don't really need combat bonus'.
Get some magic defense.
I would drop the ghasts and the warbanner and give your vamp lord an extra magic level for both an extra PD and DD, but mainly the DD as your a little low.
as ollie said split the dire wolves they'll be more effective in 2 smaller units than one larger one.
and the black coach is fine, I love that thing it's ridiculously hard to kill. I would put it between 2 infantry blocks and slightly back so that few units have the spacing to charge it and no one can reach the flanks.
Most Notable Achievements:
Killed a Revenant Titan in one shot.
Killed 900 pts worth of Blood Angels in 2 turns while only loosing 4 pts.
Thanks for the replies.
So overall the list looks solid? not to spread out between rare core and heroes? I'll definitely tweak it to your suggestions.
