Oh, I would suggest you take at least one Vampire with the Lord of the Dead VP. You will be able to summon larger units of Skellies, and you will most commonly need bigger units than 19-20.
Grave Guards should be fielded in bigger Units since you can't summon these over their starting size You could do as I've wrote above and decrease the Skellie US to increase the TG's.
The rest depends on Players Playing Style...

WiP TK Army!
overall your list is fairly solid, there's just a few things i'd fix/tweek to make it a bit more tournament competitive...
for example, if you're taking blood knights, you NEED dire wolves to screen them! otherwise they'll run the risk of getting shot/magiked to bitz and/or bait charged due to their frenzy...
i'd also consider adding a wight king to the unit you're sticking your vamp lord in to accept any challenges... give him a steed, sword of kings + nightshroud. if you get a danse macabre off before the challenge begins, odds are he'll butcher whoever he's facing provided it's not an ogre-sized character! this set-up is also gold against those annoying high elves and assassins as their ASF goes away due to your armour...
corpse carts are invaluable in a tournament list. they're great for sucking out dispel dice, and the unholy loadstone upgrade means you'll summon stuff faster... or else you could add to your magic defenses and go for the balefire to gimp the enemy's wizards a bit.
hope this helps,
Good suggestions. Thanks
Only issue I saw was dropping my crypt ghouls for a corpse cart. That leaves me with only 2 core choices. Corpse cart doesn't count towards a core selection.
