i have been wanting to run a full magic shambling horde army. i figured that the black coach's are exremely durable to everything except cannonballs and CR, and would actually be able to kill something

Good list, I like the theme and the amount of PD, however....
I would consider dropping MoBA for DA + Avatar. I realize you probably want the extra PD for your BC, but then your wizards are really useless after. DA gives you 2 spells, and remember you can only use 2 dice to cast a spell with a level 1, so you are limited to danse, zombies and invo of which you will only get 1.
Main thing I would urge you to do is to drop the dogs and the CC. With your list, one unit of dogs won't do too much and the CC won't help soo much for it's points. With these points I'd get a unit of 5 Black knights (no bardings or cmd). Use them to flank and break units when your Black Coaches get caught in Combat.
nah i like the extra dice, as opposed to the ability to take more spells, and i was actually thinking of dropping the skeleton units down a little and dropping the wolves for a second corpse cart. it is just a little more magic dominence. and the whole thing about this army is razing more and more zombies, if you are lucky you can get off 18 IoN. more likely you will only get off around 8 per turn but 8D6+32 zombies is a very hard number to deal with.
Well then, I might drop the periapt (i know its awesome, but hear me out) and get the sceptre de noirot!!!!
Also drop avatar and get LoD. A 3+ armour will b pretty useless against anything that is really trying to kill your lord, just hide him in a unit of skellies at the very back and as soon as anyone comes close summon millions of zombies.
Finally I would use Loadstone for both carts with your list, as the extra guy will come in handy.
With a shambling horde like this you risk putting all your eggs in one basket.
I'd take smaller units and invocate to get their size up (I fought an army similar to this last night and couldn't stop him invocating even with a slann and two skink priests). Also I'd give the Corpse Cart the upgrade that helps with this (not sure if that is balefire or the other one)
The points you save could go towards a Grave Guard unit, some Black Knights, more wolves or a vargulf (although you'd have to loose a coach for that).
