This is my first army ever in Warhammer and I have been reading the army book.
13 Crypt Ghouls includes Crypt Ghast (13 is the total with the Ghast)- 112pts
12 Crypt Ghouls includes Crypt Ghast - 104pts
Corpse Cart with Unholy Lodestone - 100pts
12 Grave Guards includes Seneschal, and a standard bearer with Banner of the dead legion - 181pts
3 Cairn Wraiths includes a Tomb Banshee - 175pts
Vampire (in Grave Guard unit)
has The Flayed Hauberk, Sword of Battle, and Avatar of Death(two-handed) - 160pts
Vampire mounted on Nightmare
with Ghoulkin, Summon Ghouls, and Nightshroud
I am thinking of taking out one of the vampires and putting in a Necro mounted on my corpse cart. Don't try to be nice, if it sucks just tell me lol.

okay first of all the wraiths have to go.
Yes they are good but with such a small unit they will just get wiped out by combat res. a good rule of thumb with wraiths is lots or none at all.
especially considering for those points you could have a varghulf
Think about giving on of your vamps the vamp power for plus 2 power dice to give you the edge in the magic phase allowing you to bulk out your small army with hordes of zombies to flank your enemy ensuring your static combat res is far superior (just what undead need)
In the same vein, consider a vampire BSB with a war banner and walking death for a +3 to combat.
id also like to pint out that you cant combine two hand weapons with a magic weapon unless you're konrad
