Based on the advice in my 1k list thread i decided it was simply easier to just up the points! Im actuallu using HW+SH because thats what the models are armed with, anyways aside that any suggestions?

on the wight king I like the dragon helm better. you already have a shield, a 6+ ward against magic isn't going to be terrible helpful (unless it applies to the unit but I don't think it does anymore) and the dragon helm is suppose to add one to your save, giving you a +1 armor save. Also I feel like a lot more armies will be taking flaming attacks in some form to deal with regen so a 2+ ward save would be nice.
I feel you need more grave guard, 14 of them in 2k will drop quickly enough that once you get to combat every wound you take will be one less attack. maybe drop 2 black knights and a skele musician for 5 more grave guard? one of those skele units isn't going to have a character in it anyway (if either do) so a leadership check on a 3 to reform isn't likely anyway
Most Notable Achievements:
Killed a Revenant Titan in one shot.
Killed 900 pts worth of Blood Angels in 2 turns while only loosing 4 pts.
You know i have been thinking i should just up the list to 2250pts because i think its very hard to fit it all in, then i woudl drop the wight king and take a vampire, i agree with you on the grave guard, the unit was originally 18 but i had to drop some models in order to fit make the list 2k, hmm, do cav rank 4wide? i thought it was still 5 wide?
Did you use to play EvR and GCO?
For that forbidden lore...Death is a good one for this list. The -3 leadership spell will really help your Tomb Banshee, and the fact that fear tests have to be taken every turn now.
Thought about the Sword of Bloodshed combined with Red Fury and Infinite Hatred on your lord? Nasty combo...
Personally I would drop the Grave Guard altogether. Go with a big unit of Skeletons and a Vamp with Helm of Commandment. Give them spears and make it 10 wide to get 4 ranks worth of attacks at WS6. You still have your Vhargulf and Cairn Wraiths on the flank, and the addition of a Necromancer with Raise Dead and Sceptre de Noirot can keep one of your opponents units busy for a turn.

Ok i have made some changes and taken some of the suggestions, first off i have upped the points to 2250pts (thats what i usually play anyways), i like the idea on the necro so i have done, i plan to be boosting the skeletons up tp 30 anyways and really i want to use the grave guard, i like the idea of 12 KB attacks per turn.
Magic wise i think its a toss up between Lore of light and lore of dark, both seem like they could provide some rather nice buffs to the list, im actually thinking i might put the vampire with the ghouls?

8.Spell-Steal Blade [ 25 pts]If a wizard his wounded with this sword, he will lose one random spell for each wound
9.The Battle's sounding - [20 pts] Bearer gains 1 attack
10.Sword Of might - [20 pts] +1 strength in close combat
11.Beserker Sword - [20 pts] Bearer gains frenzy and can never lose it
12.Golden seal sword - 15 pts] Attacks are done with initiative 10
13.Nimble Blade - [15 pts] Bonus of +1 to hit
14.Tearing Blade -[10 pts] - Attacks are armour piercing
15.Relic sword - [10 pts] - Attacks with this sword wound always on 5+, or better if one would wound normally on a lower score.
16.Screeching Blade - [10 pts] Bearer causes fear
17.Sword of Pain- [5 pts] - Monster or character that loses one or more wounds to this sword, will suffer from stupid
18.Krieger curse - [5 pts] - Monster or character that loses one or more wounds to this sword, will lose one attack (but will keep at least one attack)
Are these all the new common ones then?
