heres is what i know will be fielded by my opponents:
WE: a unit of dryads, glade guars + scouts, mage, noble, evt. glade riders,
HE: spearmen, archers, dragon princes and/or silver helms, mage, commander, evt swormasters..
NOTE that i dont ask for help for my army, but rather if it would work, yeah okay... and what to change :shifty:... my army is good balanced i i havnt lost with it yet..
The army is quite good. I would try to include another Dispel magic scroll and possibly lose the banshee simply because against elves there is a fair chance magic will zap it pretty quickly, on the other hand if you do get it in close it can do serious damage. I would like to see the Wight Mounted actually and accompanying the Black Knights to give them a bit more punch.
It is quite a solid army though I would hazard that you will have to be casting a lot of raisethe dead to keep those skeletons alive from the fire that you will be recieving.

Your List Looks Goods, Just a couple of advise & Suggestions:
I have found Musicians to be almost useless in fearless units. They do not help you rally, and rarely does equal combat resolution come into play. Very likely every oppenent you play has musicans, and still comes out a tie, so does not buy your points back. At the worst they come into play you combat one and drop a skele or zombie.
I usually play with around 1 rank less of Skele and zombies in my blocks. I usually raise some more to get maxuim rank bonuses. This will give you some more rooms for any goodies you want to try out.
why 8 knights? Personally i only use 5 and have them with a frontage of 5.
When you are playing this type of game remember a few things,
1000 points they will have Hero, verus your lord.
The make up of thier armies will be more core than Elites units.
Both HE & WE are quite a bit of shooting and Magic to bring on you. Play to your Spirit Host Strenghts.

Unit count maybe not as imporant when you playing against two army lists. I am thinking that when quaility will win over quanity here. Do you think you can just overwhelm them? I thaink you can espically since thier character are weak, and they will the main thing fighting back at you. If you perfer not to add anymore units, why not add make sure you character becomes gods against them?
Here is some pleasent reading:

2 on 1 your deployment is critial pay special attenition to this, and if you have any Warhammer 40k expereience with Eldar / Dark Eldar, on thier deployment tricks.
Keep your characters in the center of your army, and preferably stuck in with a unit. The woodelf Waywatchers can deploy ANYWHERE - I repear ANYWHERE- with cover on the field. At half range they get killing blow on their shots and you don't want them picking on the closest target because your general will drop.
Second: The HighElves have a really nast banner called the Standard of Balance. If you see this in a list, kill that unit. The banner does one automatic wound to any undead or daemon model in close combat. You can also be fairly certain that the HE will have the ability to choose his spells (I know that I'd use it, just to get Flames of the Pheonix).
For both armies, stay compact. They will try and flank you with their cavalry and dryads. Don't overrun them or pursue them. Stay tight and maintain a phalanx, charge all on the same time and engage as many enemy units as you can. This means that they won't be able to flank for a while, and you'll therefore get your big units against their smaller ones. Just keep raising the dead.
Use wolves to keep them off your flanks if they do get back there while you're moving to close. Your knights are way to valuable and the enemy will just flee anyway if they happen to be fast cav.
