Welcome to Librarium Online!
yo. i cant remember individual points values, but i know what's in the army:
GENERAL - L Necrach count
-hand weapon, WINGED NIGHTMARE, Nehekharas noble blood + level 2 wizard (total level 3 wizard), wristband of black gold
H - Necromancer
level2, power familiar
H - Necrach Thrall
Nehekharas noble blood
H - Necrach Thrall
Nehekharas noble blood, bardered nightmare
S - 7x Black KNights
C - 20x Skeletons
S/M/C, HW + Shields
C - 12 x Ghouls
C - 40x zombies
S - 17x Grave Guard
R - 1x Banshee
tell me what you think, tim
I'd drop enough zombies to increase the number of GG.
Then I'd drop more zombies and add either dire wolves or fell bats.
Then I'd break the ghouls into two groups of 6.
I'm not a big fan of putting the general on a flying mount, but it is fun to play. Winged Nightmares are unarmored, which is the only thing I really dislike about them.
ive been playing necrachs for a LONG LONG time now and you've got an ok list but it wont hold against everyone especially with that winged nightmare. they are terrible and since its a large target it can always be aimed at and your necrach will loose his expensive steed this is what i would do for characters
Necrach Count 205pts
Nehekharas noble blood
then forbidon lore plus black periapt i always have necrach vampires on foot
then take 2 lv2 necromancers one with scroll + Book of Arkhan
The other with a skull staff
also split you zombies into 4 units of 10 and summon onto them.
dont take necrach thralls with noble blood why take that whn you have a lv2 wizard for 25 pts more. necrach thralls are there to carry the skull staff but necromancers are better at it jsut cus you can doesnt mean youve got to.
then leading your nights have wight lord with heavy armour, on a barded warhorse with sword of the kings and an enchanted shield.
you could put your new vampire count in with the grave guard, he is still harder than an average lord but dont expect him to take down a chaos lord, any challenges given to that unit accept with the crypt keeper. also it might be worth cutting your two units of skeletons into 2 units of ten and summoning onto them, buy them light armour then the new skelies summoned on will have it aswell and drop your zombie command hopefully youll be able to afford a second banshee, also drop your ghouls into 2 units of 6, ghouls are great for shielding necromancers.
this army can fight anything hope i havnt annoyed you, i dont want to insult you in any way lol, you can force your opponent to come to you if there not great at shooting by standing there summoning and if they do have alot of war machines and shooting banshees are great at screaming at crew (even dwarves) by screaming and you can summon a unit of zombies right in front of the machine, test trial a few games first and post to me what does and doesnt work lol. hope ive helped i ussually play the lovely ladies this is my second choice dispite ive had no problem with necrach and i actually do better with them i jsut read the story's and these cam out my second fav after lahmian so i use lahamian more despite there sh*t in comparison
EDIT: Point costs removed for items / bloodline powers. Also, you have a great post that is really hard to read without any capitalization. Using that shift key a bit sure would be nice.

units of 10? never rely on magic alone, it will work, but one miscast on a turn you really need it and you just lost the game. I have seen this tactic played on more than one occasion, the problem with it is magic. oh and one more thing one turn of shooting on a 10 man unit and bye unit. Oh you can resurect them, sure but with no armor or standard.
So in conclusion, it doesnt work. THats all i wanted to say, you dont believe me. no problem try it a few times, lose because of a lost unit on the first time, a miscast that ends your magic phase, or a fast army thats on you before you can resurect enough of them. Did i forget to mention that yhoull never win combat, with wizards alone. oh well.

ever the optimist huh?
i like your list, but as mentioned earlier, get rid of the winged nightmare...
also, staff of damnation is very usefull!
maybe you'll want a fighting character, who is ment for engaging CC... a wight with enchanted shield, heavy armour and sword of kings work wonders... try it out!
