I need some advice, I haven't played warhammer in years (my last army was undead). Does this look like a good list for Vampire Counts? I could really use some feedback before I go out and purchase these models. Any Input would be greatly appreciated.
Lord: Blood Dragon Vampire Count
Lvl 2 wiz, nightmare with barding, lance, shield
Red Fury, Master Strike, Strength of Steel
Ring of the Night
Hero: Blood Dragon Vampire Thrall
Honour of Death
Dispel, Book of Arkhan
Lvl 2 Nightmare with barding
Dispel, Black Periapt
Core: 24 Skeletons
Light Armour and Spears Musician and SB
Pts: 279 (led be necro on foot)
10 dire wolves
Special: 19 Grave guard
Shields, musician, standard bearer
pts: 265 (led by vamp thrall)
9 Black knights
Barding Musician SB
Banner of the Barrows
pts: 294 (led by vamp count)
2 spirit host
3 fell bats
The idea is the grave guard and skeletons form up on either side of the black knights forming my core block. Spirit host acts as screen, while ghouls and dire wolves protect my flank. They also attack opponents flank. The Wizards of my army resurect and zombie regiment early on and I should have a pretty well balanced decent army.

Could someone please leave some feed-back on this army list, I want to go out and buy the models tomorrow.
I know the packs come one mounted necro and one non, but you really do need unmounted necros when you use them, so I recommend either 2 packs of necros, or proxying. The thrall and count are fine, but I wouldn't run a unit so big of BK. I used brettonian knights for mine since they are so much cheaper, and can be converted, so I got 2 boxes of 8. Get one more spirit host base, and you will probably want more(and more and more) boxes of skeletons and grave guard, as they are raised, and also allows you to play a horde if you so desire.
Your actual list can use some tweaking, but you said that the purchase was more important to you so if its ok I will get to that later. I think it's an ok starter, understand it won't cover everything, but will be a good place to begin.
I have some comments. The wolves suck as combat units. Make 2 units of 5 instead of 1 unit of 10. I actually usually take 4 or 5 units of 5 (just love anoying the crap out of opponents with them). The rest looks fine but not that many threats. I mean the skellies have a necro in them and no vamp. They will not kill crap. So as an opponent they look like a juicy heap of victory points ripe for the picking. Your only 2 threats are the GG and BK. And you cannot raise them.
Also the Blooddragons vamps are though as nails. However the always have to challange rule sucks. Be prepared to spend most of your rounds of combat killing champions. 1 kill per round sucks if you have a vampire.
