I don't have time for a lengthy reply, but I would drop the ghast and doom wolf upgrades, and use the point on more dire wolves. Then I would split the unit into two smaller ones.
Another option worth considering, is to drop a block of infantry for a unit of spirit hosts. They are incredibly effective.

If this turns out to be a double-post, I apologize. It's that damn "server too busy crap".

Well I like the look of this list. Very fluffy for a Necrach army. I do however make the following suggestions:

    1) Drop the Ghasts from both Ghoul units in exchange for one more ghoul in each unit

    2) 1 Zombie and 1 skeleton from each unit, allowing you to put your characters up front

    3) Drop the doom wolf out of the dire wolves, then split them into 2 groups of 6 each with the points spared above.

Apart from that it seems to be a pretty awesome list!!

    Hope this helps :ninja:

It's a good list. My only thoughts are to drop one zombie unit and add more dire wolves (I find them great in large numbers). My reasoning is that you have terrific summoning power and will easily get a new unit on the field with Invocation. So why not have something else to start? You're still left with four ranked units.

I've become a bigger fan of unholy cynosure after it saved my ass from the new miscast table last week.

Please note that the Grave Guard points do not add up correctly. They should cost 342 with full command, not 318.

    No probs.

Just to note your army is now 2055 points (if I have added up correctly). Are you aiming for no more than 2000?

Easiest way to reduce the points would be to drop 1 spirit host. leaves you 10 points to play around with...maybe another Direwolf?

I don't know. 3 spirit hosts is a whole lot better than 2. It's expensive, sure, but the extra wounds mean a lot to a relatively weak, even if ethereal, swarm base.
