Hey, I've got a question about the new army book. The Magic Armour 'Walach's Bloody Hauberk' grants an armour boost, but doesn't say what type of armour it is (it also says it may be combined with steeds, shields ect.) Could I combine this with the 'Avatar of Death' for a 1+ save?
I would think that this is full plate armour, for all intense and purposes, as it says it can be combined with mounts and shields. So, with a barded steed and shield, you could indeed have a 1+ save, but avatar of death is the ability to allow your vampire to wear armour only, the equipment is just a side effect of the power.
So you would have to buy the power, and then the armour, and that would give you a 3+ armour save.
New LOChat functions now avaliable.

You do not have to buy the power to be able to buy the magic armour, but you need the powers if you want any additional armour, as shield or mount. With the Dread Knight you would indeed get a 1+, but with the Avatar of Death you'll get a 2+, unless you buy a magic weapon.
