    i just spent 500 bucks

    i bought only

    bestial vamp lord
    varghulf
    corpse cart
    ghouls
    boxed set of blood knights
    VC rulebook

(and de rulebook plus 1 assassin)
and 2 sets of brushes and all the citadel paints
plus package of modeling puddy, modeling knife , and glue

I figure its the "all the citadel paints" that broke my bank---

but needless to say after being out of the habit for so long im pretty shocked I got so overwhelmed by the urge to purchase all this---

appraise my habit and if I spent the money wisely--- or badly !

(plus i just ordered 2 strigoi, 3 wraiths and a banshee, 2 felbats

Yep, that GW paint and tools are very overpriced. I buy most of my stuff at the local art/craft store.

The models are overpriced, too.. but it's harder to buy them elsewhere. I would suggest Ebay, though.

All the citadel paints? Thats a bit extravagant don't you think? I use a grand total of 4 paints for most of my army.

You can shop around and fine upto 24% discounts on the GW mega paint sets...

These things are very expensive when bought from GW direct, although to be fair, I DID buy one myself!!
As for your sepnding habit - it is actually unwise as you have only one core in your VC army so will have to order a box of skellies, ghouls or zombies (assuming that you don;t already have them).

As for the tools and glue - return em, and buy them from a hobby store, same stuff, far cheaper to be honest.
As for the putty - you can order strips of Greenstuff, depending on where you are from e.g. Sylmasta

    Sylmasta Ltd Online Catalogue

I have bought greenstuff and their A+B putty for a fraction of the price of Procreate or GW Greenstuff /brown stuff

yeah I like to paint and I hate to mix, so yeah I did buy a shit load of paints because I like my stuff to look good--- Ive finished my varghulf and vamplord almost done with my blood knights-- I gave them all a frosty dead theme

yeah I have lots of old skele but still need to buy some zombies etc

overall because I bought all the tools and paints I just need 200 more for my DE army and probably 150 for the VC battalion an then Ill be done
