My friends are going to play DE and HE do anyone have a trick to fight with DE and HE or a unit that can fight them quite well >.<
If they know you are going to be Vampire counts you could go for an army that doesn't rely on magic at all. go for plenty of Blood Knights Varghulfs and Grave Guard with a small mandatory core.
With any luck your opponent will have wasted a whole load of points on dispel scrolls vortex shards and the like. He also may not be built for a sweeping charge down the centre.
Just be careful to bring along some magic defense of your own, if he has taken a magic heavy army you need something to whether the storm.
The other way to go is try to swamp them with tar units, and hold back a strong offensive unit (Blood Knights and Vampire Lord) to roll up their flank.
They are also fairly lightly armoured and fairly low toughness so headlong charges have fair chance of racking up a high number of kills followed by an autobreak (a unit of 10 or 12 Black Knights with Banner of Barrows would be good for this).
Watch out for concentration of shooting, and magic on your units. A fairly simple High Elf build involving two repeater bolt throwers and a ring of fury (possibly curse of arrow attraction) can rack up 4d6 St 4 hits. A couple of rounds of this can be devestating.
I would use Fell bats to take out the crews of war machines. Fly and two wounds combined with fear should win the combat easily enough, though getting them into combat may be a problem.
Generally though I think the thing to remember is that Elves are elite troops High Ld High Ws etc. However as I mentioned they are not numerous. Therefore they can punish you if you don't know what you are doing but can be broken if you are confident and decisive.

Thx it's help me a lot ^^
Other things to watch for - High Elves can have a lot of heavy-hitting attacks at ASF, so taking a Nightshroud is a good choice on your general if you are anticipating getting in combat.
Giving him a NightShroud and Dread Knight is a goodway of getting a decent armour save, and it means that the enemy will be striking at I = 1, so with a good magical weapon, you should be able to kill everything in B2B. Combine with the cursed book to make sure that they are WS1 as well, when you REALLy need it...
Other thing is to spam the enemy with IoN and raise dead as often as possible, raising small "speed bump" units of zombies to block LOS and to tie up his best units, whilst yu get into flanking positions.
Use Varghulfs to take out the relatively fragile mages.
