I'm contemplating equipping a Vampire Lord with the Red Fury, Dread Knight, and Walking Death powers and equipping him with a Dreadlance. Since the Dreadlance makes all attacks automatically hit, and he will be wounding on pretty much 2+'s and the enemy wont get an armour save, since he will be strength 7 on the charge, do his new attacks hit at strength 7 also? Since I will be putting him in a unit of Blood Knights, I see this as one really heavy hitting unit as just the lord himself will be killing about 5 or 6 models himself, + whatever the Blood Knights kill for combat resolution.
maybe since i won't need the combat resolution I should put Beguile on him rather than Walking Death also?
They'll all be str 7 on the charge.
im asking if on the charge, the extra attacks he generates, will the be at str 7
Yes the extra attacks are still considered to happen on the turn the charge is made thus they recieve +2 Strength.
Why would you want put Lance Armstrong in unit of blood knights?
Thats a big no-no, blood knights can do well on their own, or supported with blood drinker vamp, but you will never want to put your lord there.
If i'm a priest, i'm not a saint.
