Yes - sort of. Attacks made by red fury do not benefit from red fury. So with perfect rolls a vampire would have dished out 6 attacks.

Or if you're dead lucky and got your Lord with Frostbalde and Red Fury into a unit of Ogres you can get an extra 12 attacks.

You're both right but it might have gotten abit confusing with the quote(mixing up the count with vampire). So just to clarify!

A Vampire(the hero choice) can only get can generate 3 extra attacks(to a total of 6).

A Vampire Count can generate 4 extra attacks(up to a total of 8 ). With a frostblade you could indeed get up to 12 attacks.
Assuming the unit of ogres all have full wounds and you wound them 4 times. So, 4 times 3 = 12, since they had 3 wounds remaining, hence 12 attacks and not just 4. So wounds remaining is something to keep track of as it can occur in other situations as well due to special rules/weapon.

    Konrad still has the max
    Assuming perfect dice rolls
5 attacks (frenzy), doubled to 10 wounds
giving an additional 10 attacks to a total of 15 attacks!

Well, going full out into the realms of "if this happens I'll eat my hat!", a vamp lord on Dragon carrying the Frostblade could be in combat with 3 Great Unclean Ones* (10 wounds each) and a unit of plaguebearers with a herald(2 wounds) (one unit on each side of the lord), hit the GUOs and the Herald once each, wound and kill and then get 32 attacks on the unit.
4 GUOs would give 40 extra attacks, but I can't see any way to set that up and still have someone else in combat to unleash those on, though it would be funny to take down 3 GUOs and then pick up the dice to roll 30 attacks on just one of them.
Actually can Kurthgath Plauge Father join units? If so that would be 6 wounds instead of 2 for the herald.

*(This is assuming the GUO and the Dragon use the same base size, pretty sure they do)

I've never used Konrad before.. how does the Sword of Waldenhof work? If Konrad is fighting a unit of 1 wound foes and he hits and wounds 3 times (assume armor saves failed) does he kill 6 of them?

Red Fury works well with Bears anger (forbidden lore), 14 attacks with a lord!
