    Black Periapt Question

ok, when playing against dwarves (who don't generate power dice), would you still be able to save one unused dispell die? i mean, the magic phase on the dwarf turn is always passed over as they cannot cast spells, but does it still technically happen?

Every phase occurs regardless if an army has something to do in a phase.

On an off note, when playing against dwarves if you are using a black coach make sure they still roll their pool dice because every army generates 2 pool dice for coming even dwarves.
