For fun i want to try and use the Frostblade. Just for lolz with my friends.
I plan on having Red Fury and Dread Knight as base vamp powers. Problem is, i dont konw if i want Infinite Hatred or Beguile?? Both are kinda what i want since the sword in itself is kinda mje i dont get a wound in. Probably some good math you could do on this but I'm not a math kinda guy. So, any suggestions?
Infinite Hatred seems the better choice, doesn't it?
I mean, always re-roll hits versus only re-roll hits if the model you're attacking fails a test.
And Infinite Hatred seems more generally applicable, as you're not restricted to using it against just one model.
Vampires generally hit on 3's and wounds on 3's or 2's. So the better option is re-rolls to hit statistically before even looking at the rules for beguile.
Also an idea is to keep a thrall with lore of beasts. Savage beasts of horros on a combat vampire lord is hilarious!
