well, just kinnda wondering... never read the stats of the tomb guard...
thanks in advance
They are exactly the same, even down to having an ability to make all weapons KB. The only difference might be the extra weapons they can choose eg. great weapon, halberd etc.
Yep. it comes down to equipment:
Vanilla: Tomb Guard are superior, due to having LA+Shield instead of Heavy Armour
With extra kit: TG can't take any extra kit, whereas Grave Guard can buy Halberds and/or Shields.
Raising: Grave Guard can't be raised, Tomb Guard can.
And, on top of that, both units have different banners available to them.
Use Light, Beasts, Metal instead of Heavens
NecroLords: Use at least one Death Mage
Brets: Use Peasants&Damsels
Skaven: Don't use Skryre SAD
tomb guard can't be raised, they can be ressurected its differnt.
But the GG can be used in conjuction with a necro summoning a flanking unit of zombies which balances this benefit.
"Heresy is like a garden weed, it won't stop feeding until you... BURN THE WHOLE DAMN GARDEN WITH A FLAMER, BURN IT, BURN IT TO HELL!!!!!" "Is there a wittle puppy in the garden? ITS A DAEMON! BURN IT!"
