hey all I am having a battle against a sacred spawning army of I think tepok( the one with magic resistance) and was wondering how I could beat it because that will completely stop my invocations from my necromancer form getting threw so what do I do

Em I know this is not my job and I know I am not the best for this but could you make your posts a little clearer on the spelling front. It took me two goes to work out what you were saying.
Anyway either go for a completly magic maxed out army (nechrachs and three Necromancers the sheer volume of power dice and various bound spells will break through any resistance), or don't go for any magic other than a Vampire count. Risky but if you spend the extra points you will save on more Grave Guard or Black knights (which you can't ressurect anyway) you might win a surprise victory.
there fixed it
woudl the blood dragon list at the back work well
Haven't played with it (or really looked at it) but I would imagine a Blood dragon army would work quite well, remember to get in hard and fast and don't give your opponent to much room to manouver or time to think about how to stop your momentuem (sp?)
so like a count and thrall and wight and than lots of blakc knights would probably work well
It might do, remember not to necessarily rush your black Knights in too soon as they could get surrounded etc however if you see an opportunity to break through the enemy lines take it for sure, I would almost suggest taking grave Guard instead and go for a slower center but a fast Dire wolf heavy flank. I don't know what the enemy army is like so I can't say for sure.
ya i know what you mean
also the army is basicly tons of saurus with some scroll cadies and skinks (very basic)
I would still have one necromancer, or else you are losing dispel dice on your side, and thats not good. Either make him a scroll caddy, or just level 2. You still want dice, because once you start killing the units his dispel dice go down alot. Blood dragons would work, and skeletons or zombies would get torn up by missile fire and sauruses. Wights sound like a good idea, but they still only have ws3. This is a good army to take our anti shooting banner against. You could have 2-3 units of wights your choice, and it would scare your opponent quite a bit. Does he run a slann, stegadon, salamanders, kroxies, terradons, anything special. If so, I can give you advice on how to take care or ignore them, I just played my friends lizardmen today, and made him forfeit in round 4.
More specific details on what you have, and what he has will help to give you ideas and strategies.
I would go for the banner of the Barrows for the Wights (always hit on 3+) actually with maybe the Wight Lord carrying the anti Missile Banner, Zombies and Skeletons may get torn up but are easily replaced. Good point on taking a Necromancer make him level two and givwe him two dispel magic scrolls.
Ghouls can be useful for dealing with scouting skinks.
Fellbats can deal with Terradons
Couple things, fell bats won't beat terradons, terradons have more attacks and are better in combat, but that doesn't mean don't take them. My ghouls tend to get shot up before they reach the skinks, even with high toughness and being skirmishers, plus does poison effect units that have poison, becuase if not, they arent too great, skinks are faster, but if you get into combat ghouls will win i think.
Ofcourse, take the banner of the barrows, but the other was just a suggestion, extra protection cant hurt.
