Yesterday, I searched one of my old boxes with warhammer models which we used to play with when we were like 12 years old. Me, my brother and 2 friends used to buy models (lizards, HE, bret and VC - we named them Undeads), paint them and play home games (house rules). Oh, the memory...
Well, I found this model called ghost. I asked one of my friends who plays whfb, but he did not recognize it. I then searched the whole VC army book for the info, but I couldnt find it.
eBay.co.uk: GW Warhammer Undead Vampire Counts Ghost oop. (item 130052214451 end time 02-Dec-06 19:52:15 GMT)
Now, my questions are: what is this model? Was the ghost once a playable unit, and if so, when? When did GW removed it from VC army? Can it be still used?
thanks for the answers
When I saw the Heinrich and Kemmlar army in WD, they used that model for somethnig and had a description of it. Sorry, thats all I've got.
Ghosts were a unit back in 5th edition and probably earlier. They were like cheap, rubbish Wraiths.
I heartily suggest that everyone get a copy of the 5th edition Undead Army book, a great read. In it you can make a Necromancer Lord (WS 7 btw) in a chariot with a crossbow; ah, the good old days...
Life is too serious to be taken seriously
So this ghost model is useless... well, thanks for the info
I guess you could use it as a Banshee, or if wraiths come back as a unit, as rumors suggest, as one of those.
