Alternativle you could try making your own out of balsa wood
Money shouldn't be a problem, although I doubt model tombstones would cost very much.

hope these help, you could always try making latex moulds from the skeleton/zombie sprues and casting them in resin although i don't know if it will be much cheaper.

I would be cautious about casting your own, with all those pesky copyrights and all, you could end up on the wrong side of the inquisition.

you could also try buying them from Battlewagon bits or just buying more zombies/skeletons, both units come with tombstones modeled onto the sprues
