    VC war machines

I been wondering if anyone knows if the VC are going to get any kind of war machine with there new book. Seems everyone else have some kind of ranged weapon. Tomb Kings have there catapult, Chaos got the hell cannon, even Bertonia has a stone thrower. So is there any chance were gona see something like this. And if we are, hears to hopeing its a undead cannon.

Bloodlines are so different from each other that it would take a different war machine for each one to fit their fluff.
Nechrarchs would probably use something like Khemri's catapult to throw the dead corpses resulting from their experiments in direction of the enemy.
Lahmias would have a more elegant approach, using something like a multi-ballista.
Blood Dragons imho don't give a damn about war machines, they want to fight each enemy in a noble hand to hand combat, showing their l33t skillz.
Strigoi...uhm...they're supposed to continuosly move, hunted by everyone. A light war machine able to move and shoot would perfectly fit this. I'd give them a light ballista, s4, multi-shot at s3, range 24", can be moved and shoots with no penalty.
No idea about Von Carsteins, they don't have a special feature that might characterize a War Machine....probably a common Wm such as a catapult or a cannon would fit them.

WHFB : Orks & Gobbos, Vampire Counts

I doubt if VC are going to get much ranged firepower in the new book, if only because that's all we really don't have. Also to keep a distinct difference between us and the other undeads, Tomb Kings.
If anything we might get some skellies with crossbows, as per the Army of Sylvania, but even that I wouldn't count on. We are a close combat force first and foremost.
Just my (uninformed) opinion, time will tell I guess.

I doubt it. VC have a lot of built in advantages, so the lack of shooting is there, in part, to offset that.
