    5 Wardancers and 1 Champion
    122p

    Total – 998pts

    VS

    Kylowas Elindlir’s High Elves

    Kylowas Elindlir (Mage)

    Level 2
    Seer
    Silver Wand
    Channeler
    Total: 180

    10 Order of Senlui (Archers)
    Total: 120

    20 Spears of Thanan (Spearmen)
    Full Command
    Total: 250

    15 Swords of Ceyl (Swordmasters)
    Full Command
    Blessed Tome

    Order of Cadaith (2 RBT's)
    Total: 200

Basically, I hope to have a hill, and deploy the archers and rbt's and the mage on it. If needed, the mage can join the archer unit. This is a defensive list, with the spears deplyoing in front of the hill (if i have one) and swordmasters on their flank

    Happy Voting

Maybe I should have added my tactics for my list...
Well, if I can add them now, I would have two tactics.
1st one: Against rank and file armies I would use my sheer number of bows and mobility to out-shoot and out-manouver the enemy.
The Dryads and Wardancers hit em where it hurts and my Glade Riders/Scouts pick out key positions and warmachines.
2nd one: Against skirmish/fast armies I would mostly use my dryads and Dancers to hit them hard and keep them off my Glade Guards. The Scouts and Riders work as march-blockers (ok, not against skirmish armies) and try to what they are good at.

    I vote Night Stalkers

I think This would be a very close battle and Considering there is at least going to be a least one forest on the terrain the would elves could use this to their adavntage, also the Archers would have a hard time shooting at the Dryad and Wardancer units since they are Skirmishers

    WE 1 HE 0

Please keep a count at the bottom of your vote, it makes my life a lot easier

My vote has to go to High elves. They have way superior magic and this will probably decide the game. Also they have more than enough models to stand up to the WE shooting.

Can I comment this on what I would do in a battle like this?
Firts of all, i would not concentrate fire on single units. Panic Tests for teh win IMO.
Dryads and Wardancers easily take down weakend units and my Glade Riders could even snipe that magican. A close battle I would say.
Btw, what is that last unit (2 RBTS?)?

Yeah, Everyone can vote for their own army but they have to give a reason, other than it's their own army

    I don't know what RBTS's are

    Feel free to comment tatically

Before I vote on my own army , I would want to know what my opponent think of this battle.

    Tough call.

Tough TOUGH call. I was originally going to vote High Elves, then I thought about the amount of firing the WE list could generate. So I thought about it some more, then I thought about how Hth is usually the final defining factor in WF...So I'm going to have to go with High Elves.

    For a few reasons.

1.High Elves have magic. Wood Elves have none. Not a big difference with only 1 wizard, but some.

2.The RBTs. They have great range for a small game, and the massed shot option will really help up the fire power of the High Elves. I realize with woods and skirmish that it will be hard to hit, but they really help balance the equation on shooting between the lists. Except for the Hail of Doom arrow. (Hmm.....)

    3. In a HTH fight, I'd trust the rank bonuses of the HE over the better stats of the dryads, and fear isn't going to matter too much to elves with their high leadership, and the unit of wardancers is just too small to matter enough since if I was the HE, I'd be shooting at them as soon as I could since they are so small.

The WE have the advantage of firing here, but its not overwhelming. The HE player would have to change their tactics to win here though. Sitting on the hill and shooting and waiting for them to come to you won't work when they are a better shooting list, so the HE would have to advance.
