so of all of the special characters which do you think is the most powerful(living)
personaly i think it would be malakeith, he is like 6000 years old and is encased in super magical armor, has a sword that destorys magicaly items, is one of the most powerful wizards and rides a dragon, you really cant get any more powerful then that.
Hmm. Well I think there has already been a thread on this, but I will give a list of the top few beings. In no particular order:
1) Lord Kroak: It's a toss up between him, Mazdamundi and Nagash as to who is the most powerful current mage, although Teclis could also have an outside shout.
2) Thorgrim Grudgebearer: One of the toughest dwarves alive, and has some of the rarest items to boot!!
3) Archaon: Lord of end of times. Don't get to be that, without being mighty hard!!!
4) Tyrion: Best Elven Swordsmen alive today. Encased in the armour of the first Pheonix King, and has beaten the first Keeper of Secrets in combat, so pretty hard
Then you have the king and queen of the wood, the chosen of sigmar, and Grimgor IronHide. There are quite a few, but I don't think Malekith is as strong as everyone makes out, not now anyway. Before walking through the flame of asuryan and his defeat by Teclis, then yes, but not anymore.
Are you perchance a HE player GingerNinja?
Not many would put both Tyrion and Teclis in such a list, I don't know enough about the other races to comment properly however.
Hmm. Perhaps Tyrion is stretching it a bit, but then again, Teclis destroyed 10,000 daemons with a single spell in the storm of chaos, along with defeating Malekith, so he is definately hard.
Settra is overlooked by alot of people due to the list he has to run and him costing 2 Lord choices. Kroak would be my top choice though. Seriously, not many can compete with him power wise.
Definitely The Venerable Lord Kroak (it deserves bold and an underline). He's already died once (after killing hundreds of thousands of deamons) but can still move continents if he so pleases and destroy a whole army with a single spell (considerably weaker then he used to be). If this is open to non ingame characters then it would be a tie between Tzeench himself and Tepok, The Old One most concerned with magic (or perhaps Sotek depending on your take). One could also speculate that there has been a Shaggoth Ogre hidding in some mountain in a distant land since the beginning of eternity and will only emerge when he is to large to fit into the mountain (certainly an interesting thought).
The way that I am looking at this is SC v. SC. If so, Malekith should have the upperhand unless against people like Grimgor who strike first. So my votes go to:
Magic: Lord Kroak
Grimgor definatly has got an edge in combat, but someone like Tyrion should be able to demolish him.
No-one think Neferata?

Ah, see, I know very little about the high elves, so I presume that Tyrion is pretty beastly if he can best Grimgor. It is Grimgor, though, who I have experienced first-hand. Actually, one battle I allied with a Brittonian player and hit Trebuchet made Gromgor go splat on the 1st turn. Pretty funny, looked like my friend was going to cry.
