Right first off, the handgun IMO is useless. So unless your trying to theme your army more, then I'd drop it. Then the GW is useless with a rune on it, adding a rune to a weapon effectively makes it a hand weapon (you loose all bonuses and penalties for that weapon). So I'd keep the GW and drop the rune, also with the MRoGromril the shield is pointless (you can't get a better save with it) so drop that too.
Your warrior units are ok, but I'd say it be better to have th HW one with: HW, HA, Shields and Full command. The GW ones would be better with: GW, HA, Shields and full command. I'd drop the Thunderer unit or the crossbowmen, then use the pts to add to you warrior changes and add 4 to the longbeards unit.
The Longbeards are too small IMO, 10 won't do much. One casulty and you loose you rank bonus, also with GWs you'll be striking last so expect to loose a few. So the extra ranks will come in handy, I'd also drop the RoBattle.
The BT is a great choice, nice and cheap.
