this list will most of the time be playing chaos or tomb kings during the campain so it is ment to be averaged vs both (i hope)

everything seems fine just one thing, get rid of that organ gun and put more dwarf clansmen into it, the units will hold better agaist biggor foes and can take charges alot easier ( one of my units of dwarves have held up a unit of chaos knights before, so they got smacked by my runesmith and thunderers in both flanks) apart from this i would take Crossbowmen instead of Rangers being as they are cheaper and are still a good unit
Looks good, but... give at least one of the thanes a GW or a rune weapon. With the RSmith as general your missing out on a lot of combat punch, against TKs you'll need a lot of attacks to take them down fast (and then gaining a lot of CR).
Also the two smaller warriors will flee pretty quickly unless you can knock down lots of skellies, I'd drop something to up the unit size. You really don't want to be outnumbered by fear causing units, also shields will give them more flexability.
I agree with dropping the rangers, very expenisve for a unit that is so small. Maybe get a unit of 12 miners no command, small elite and more than capable of taking out war machines or flanking units. Also it'll make you opponent wary of them, as he won't know where they're coming.
I think the BT would be good with a RoPenetrating, those S7 wounds are chariot kills (also they tend to cause some damage against large units too ). Maybe drop the organ gun, I don't think it's that good in such a small game. The things great but it's short range etc aren't really what you want, also it's pts could be put to better use elsewhere.
