Hi, i have just started gaming, and i ordered some extra bases (20x80), i've put 12 plague monks on 3 and 4 monks on standard 20x20 bases, but i am wondering if the other 4 monks(standard.musition, leader, extra dood ) should be on individual bases or a reg base?
Advantages are that the 2 tall standard(music guy is tall too) guys wont fall over
Disavantage, being at the front i would have thought the gaps showing where each bases starts and ends would be a good thing.
nope, actually the disadvantage is the fact that you cant have characters join the unit ( unless you sdont use it, or make an extra rank ) and as they are 'special' models, they have to be removed in certain siuations on thier own ( champ getting torn up by a vampire )
vampire counts ( under construction)
am thinking about starting it again
currently working on :
second unit of skellys
most likely thing next :
another box of skellys .....
Skaven characters can go at the back, also im making my units at least 5 wide before going 4+ranks deep.
Can i get an answer.
I usually put the command unit on individual bases for easy of deployment and in case they get picked out by spells, and you can have characters. I utilize regiment bases for the back ranks for deployment ease, and usually only have 2 per unit. Any more than that makes like hectic.
