Welcome to Librarium Online!
The Annual 2004 that came out last year gave us revisions of three Lores. Lore of Heavens (where Thunderbolt, for instance, got "ranged" instead of "anywhere on tabletop"), Lore of Life, and a third lore (dont remember which one it was ) were changed abit. Heavens was tones down quite abit, since thunderbolt and the lightningbolt(?) were of unlimited range and thus making Heavens the questionably best lore.
I am just wondering how many of you play with the old ones (from the rulebook) and how many play with the revised Annual 2004 lists?
I said yes, but as of yet I'm to start playing again <_< But when I do I'll be using the newer rules, simply because it tones down the Lore Of Heavens (lower S on comet) and makes some of the weaker Lores a bit more apealling.
I liked the lore of heavens better with higher power.

Yes, that's why it's been toned down. Because it was way too powerful, I mean the thing can wipe entire armies (S5 with a possible huge blast radius?! ) Way too powerful. Now it will cause damage, but not wipe out entire armies.
Toned down lore of heavens eh? I would like that.. Damn slann killed my lord on the first round with thunderbolt. Way overpower to reach everywhere with that!
So, is that gonna be released in the next rulebookprint? When?
It's actually available now, I think you might be able to download it from GW or it's in one of the WD or in Annual 2004 Page 76.
I'll get that annual then. If they have it.
