Commanderen goes in the DP unit, with PoH. Mages lurk around the units. Though they may be vulnerable when i get into hth, as the mages wont have any units to hide by.
One of the three armies i might consider taking to GT.
I don't really know high evles that well but your army looks pretty solid. what lore of magic will you be using or can you only use high magic?
the only thing is if you units get picked on they will lose comabt. so you better hope you do well with magic. i'm sure this army will do well in the tourny.
Meh, i decided that i dont want to go magic heavy after all ^_^ - But the plan was to take Lores depending on the opponent. If hoarde army: lore of fire or high magic, or lore of death perhaps. Lore of Fire, High Magic, and Lore of Life are extremely good lores, imo.
Im going for a much less magical army. I'll be posting it soon ^_^.
This army is pretty solid and you need all of the power dice. I might drop a unit of silver elms and pump up the dragon princes to a unit of 10 including the commander
You DID notice that I only have 4 battle units, right? I wouldnt say the list looks solid. And I would never spend 5x26 pts on +1 CR. Thats just... Dumb.
I like the sound of alot of powerdice, but what I am excluding is force, wounds, and attacks, making my army a VERY small one (even for High Elves) . Thus: I created a revised list, which has no magic offensive at all, but merely defensive.
