Pretty good BUT i would swap the cannon for another regiment OR take off some runes and add a coulple of troops

Looks ok but for a small game like this I think a Thane would be much better than a runesmith, he's cheaper and better in combat. So I would drop him to a thane and just drop one rune of fury and your set. He'll be able to deal with most things thrown his way as well as being a pretty good leader.
Now in such a small game two war machines is a bit much IMO so I would drop one of them (I'd drop the cannon, the BT is much more reliable) and take all the runes off of the one left. This will give you quite a bit of pts to play with, so I would increase the size of your units. Or add another warrior unit on top of this.
