This is a fairly decent army, and depending on the forces you play, you can change the aspiring champ into a sorcerer for some magic defense/offense.

The halberd really isn't necessary. Strength 5 is quite sufficient and the 1+ armour save makes a massive difference against str 4-5 models. Particularly strength 4.

    -2)aspiring champion
    shield
    biting blade =92
Seems good. I would replace the biting blade with the sword of might. For an extra 5 points you suddenly have an actual strength of 6 rather than a relative one.

    Core-1)15 warriors with shields
    full command =255
Just make it 14. That way the aspiring champion will fit in nicely and you aren't paying for another model.

-2)20 marauders with light armour and shields
    full command =165pts
Try getting this unit to 25 models. It will make all the difference in a combat. +1 rank and a greater chance of outnumbering.

Also, the champion of the unit isn't needed. Your paying more than the price of an entire marauder for 1 more attack.

    -3)5 kinghts
    standard bearer =152
I assume the exalted champion is running with these guys? If so, good!

    -4)6 warhouns =36

Special-1)4 ogres with heavy armour and great weapons =176
Not a fan of ogres or warhounds when you could be using furies.

6 furies will be far more useful than the warhounds and the points left over should be spent on a unit of marauder horseman.

But that is entirely up to you. If not then i would suggest at least making the ogres only 3 models wide and using the points left over on
    a) more warhounds
    b) increasing your unit sizes
