Id recommend running your Chaos Warrior units as units of 12, 6x2, with Champ and Music. Only Nurgle need the large units really to make the most of fear. Other Marks are better off (imo) maximisinbg attacks, hence 6x2 units, with shield for protection from shooting and 2xHW for when you reach combat. Win combat through kills, Warriors make for expensive static Cres.
