Your aspiring champion cannot join the marauders as the marauders have no mark of Nurgle. Sorry.
Onto the list:
You will need another core choice to make this army legal, i think you should split the chaos warrior unit into two units of 12 or a similar number. Then give them great weapons and shields. That way if they are charged use shields and hand weapons and if you charge use great weapons. In my personal experience this works best.
Personally i am not a fan of marauders, they are a bit "squishy". But if you are going to take them don't take light armour, a 6+save won't do much.
With the points left over i would reccommend minotaurs, they are brilliant or dragon ogres. Both are very good. And maybe more horsemen as 1 unit won't last long.
Overall quite a good list though, similar to some of mine.
The way to best Orcs and goblins is to use Slaanesh...
That said the first thing I'ld do is to take the sorcerer's horse away, it'll improve their save and get them killed, you've no units to protect them, the horsemen wont last long. With three hundered points I'ld probably get some knights- nothing should be able to touch them. You've gone for quite a magic heavy list, try giving the aspiring champion the book of secrets, it's basically an extra 1D6 S4 hits a turn.
Marauders are simply not up to scratch, they cost the same as empire swordsmen but are worse. For the same points you get the same profile, no detachments and a larger base size.
I do however like the hell cannon, one (especially considering animosity) can keep the greenies from reaching you except for when it suits you.
I'm spurious as to what the nurglings are going to accomplish and two fury units of 5 may well be a better option.
If you have 20 points left over then upgrade the aspiring champion to exalted- he'll suddenly be better than a warboss.
Up, up and away!
A marked character CAN actually join marauders, since marauders have no mark: characters can't join an unit with a different mark.
And actually the army is completely legal..
You should upgrade the asp. champion to an exalted: it's worth it. And why not go for the classic "helm of many eyes and a great weapon combo"?
Add halberds to your warriors. It'll come handy against the orc's toughness.
Drop the flails and add shields to the marauders.
Maybe add another sorcerer and go magic heavy. Right now you have quite alot of points invested in your magic characters, but they won't be enough to justify their price, so in order for them to work, I'd add another sorcerer. Or you could drop the level 4, keep 1 sorcerer as a caddy and add another combat character.
Knights are a nice addon. I suggest you think about adding them.
Right now the marauder horsemen are all alone, by adding the knights they'd work much better (as a flanker).
8 furies is too many, IMO. I'd drop them to 6.
Hounds are fine, when adding the knights, otherwise they are a bit useless in your list.
I also think that the nurglings won't accomplish much, so drop them.
How many knights? Wonder if they should be chosen.....
Or maybe with the Mark of Nurgle...although they may not outnumber....however causing the opponent to hit on 6's might be useful....
5-6 knights, MoN, not chosen (you don't have enough points to upgrade them, and they are just fine without the upgrade). When you're worried about them not being able to kill without the chosen upgrade, then just add another exalted champ on a horse with MoN: you'll get the points from dropping the level 4 sorcerer.
