Welcome to Librarium Online!
14 marauders (full command, Mark of Tzeentch, Wulfrik joins here)
5 Marauder Horsemen (Full command, flails, Mark of Tzeentch)
Exalted Champion (Collar of Khorne, Enchanted Shield, Mark of Khorne)
24 Chaos Warriors (MoK, AHW, Shield, full command, Exalted Champ joins here)
10 Chosen (MoK, full command, great weapons, Collar of Khorne)
Lord (Juggernaut, MoK, Axe of Khorne, Crimson armor of Dargan, Enchanted Shield)
5 Chaos Knights (Full command, Lord joins here)
The constraint on this list is that it must use the models I already own, which includes everything in the spearhead, two boxes of chaos warriors, a chariot, 5 extra knights, and 16 marauders. I also have Archaon and a Khorne lord on a daemonic mount. Thanks for input.

I take it that you dont play Fantasy games often.
Each magic item can only be taken once, unless specifically mentioned in the book or rulebook... such as Dispel Scroll or Power Stone.
Anima Tactics - try it out!
Couple of odd choices. He's right, you can't have 2 enchanted shields.
If I were you, I would probably toss GWs on the marauders and give them MoK (isn't this supposed to be "Pure Khorne"?). If you are straying from pure Khorne and want to mark the horsemen, I would use MoN.
Finally, your hittiest unit (the chaos knights) has not been given MoK, this is one of the few units where MoK really can shine. On top of that, you've put a frenzied lord IN the unit, so they will suffer from issues dealing with frenzy controlling their charges, but they aren't getting the benefits of it.
A single block of 24 warriors is a bit much for me, ESPECIALLY when you are marking them Khorne, and making them hitty. It's one thing if they were MoN and were playing anvil. I know AHW is Khorne-fluffy, but since you are already having non-Khorne marked units and such, I'll let you know that statistically GWs will work out much better for you with MoK CWs.
You have a fairly low model count too, it would be a great idea to have a few packs of 5 warhounds (3-4 even, but definitely at least the 2 sets from the spearhead), to play around in the movement phase and put the enemy where you want them so that you can sledgehammer them for the blood god.
Those are some changes I would make, but the list is definitely workable, if you want to roll with it, try it out, and see how things work for you. Good luck!
