Welcome to Librarium Online!
So this army is meant to be for all comers but I want to be able to tweak it easily for certain situations(ex. i know I'm facing this army and he will be using this character or unit) by switching units or whatever. Here's the list:
-Talisman of protection
-Sword of Battle
4 Units of 5 hounds
This leaves me with 14 points. Magic is of some concern to me but I like the size and variation in this list.
Any constructive comments would be much appreciated!
Preety good, though there are a few things a noticed, why MOT for the ogres? peronally i would give them nurgle so they would survive longer since they are a real fire magnet cause they're just toughness 4. and the sorceror on a disc, why not put him in a unit warriors or put him on a steed to ride along with the horsemen (though if you do this i would take away their mark of khorne).
hope i helped you,
I wouldn't put the sorcerer in the horsemen. Basically the horsemen are cheap calvary that will hit pretty well. If people are shooting at them then they are leaving the rest of my army alone which is great but if they aren't paying any attention to them they will pay for it.
Also with the sorcerer....is it going to be effective at all? Two spells with 5 power dice a turn. Hiow could I better spend the points? I don't know how I feel about putting him in a unit as I have only ever used sroll caddies in my empire days.
The MoT on the Ogres was purely for fluff but I can still pull off the way I want to model them while making them mark of Nurgle so I will change that.
Also I believe that there are a lot of units that command attention in the magic and shooting phases so I believe that I'm pretty safe from getting completely blasted to bits before I get to the enemy. They won't be able to shoot it all especially with the hounds....
I think you need to change one block of warriors if not both for Marauders
You have no CR5 units of your own
