Here is my second go at writing a list. I am more into the fluff of the game then the min/max side of it so please keep tht in mind. I am also more into fielding an army I feel is cool then what I think will be the best, don't mind losing if i had fun playing. Finances also plays a role. With that said, here we go...

The game plan is something like this...
Warriors in a line flanked by knights on their right, Lord close by to respond to hot spots and tear up any characters that might cause probs.
Marauders lined up on warriors left, they are more or less glorified meat shield, houds that can do damage. By them I will play both heroes. The BSB to kee them there and the other hero to protect the BSB and flank/f things up.
Hounds shield warriors march across table.
In theory(and in my head) should work. Magic might mess me up a bit but i should have strong enough charatcers to challenge and mess them up. Might sacrifice dgs for more magic resistance though, not sure, will just have to be careful with being baited. Like I said, I don't mind losing as long as I have fun. This looks like a lot of fun to play. We'll see. Thoughts appreciated.

There are 2 major things you are sacrificing to control one phase of the game, mostly magic and movement,
And when you really consider the stuff that most people have on their heroes/lords, all you really have is an above average stat line and a good armor save, what happens when you come up against someone with killing blow or an item that ignores your armor?
Also, 2 dispell dice in a 2250 list is NOT enough, you won't even make it to your opponent with all the magic missiles/damage centered spells that will get thrown at you.
I'd also give those naked marauder units flails, at the moment all they are is a str3 unit that hits twice and will be hard to manouver effectively, bring them down to 6x2 units of 12 with khorne and flails, and use them to flank your warrior units.
Try to fit the two magic resist items (welll...item/gift) onto your exalted Heroes, put them into the units of knights, then tool out your lord with a a runesword and the regenerate crown and you're ballin'.

Sorry fixed list...marauders werent naked...shields and light armor. i know magic resistance will be a problem and could be my downfall. I'll be playing dwarves mainly though so for now its not a big deal. It will definately need more tweaking for a real tourney, but most around here arent too magic heavy. With th being said. Magic resistance? can i ask how tht works?
MR is pretty simple, the number of MR u have is the number of Free DD u can add to ur dissipation roll. ex: Collar of khorne is MR 2 so it give u 2 more dice to try to dispel a spell targeted at the wearer.
and about ur list, u wanna use ur heroes in units or stand alone? personally i would drop the juggers on em, try to stick one on foot in a warrior unit, and i would drop one unit of warrior and stick the other hero on a chariot, make him faster, give the chariot even more punch and give u 5 UP so ur charriot can remove the rank bonus when flanking, pretty usefull

Appreciate the input guys. I think this list will be alot of fun to play or a complete disaster. I'm not looking for this to be a heavy tourney list. Something casual where I might have a punchers chance of winning a match or two if plyed right. Most often I'll be playing 2250-3000 points in a "fluff" battle against dwarves. with all my units being mok...do i need a BSB? he is only really needed if i use a magic banner right?
BsB is pretty usefull even with all frenzied units, u can stick it in a unit for an additionnal +1 to combat resolution, that stack with the standard bonus, for a lovely +2. though it doesnt do much throughout not losing ur frenzy to combat resolution (since u lose it before morale check but at least losing it and staying in combat is better than losing it and running out).
For magical banner is up to each player taste i guess. Banner of the gods can be pretty awesome but it make for a costly BsB which is pretty vulnerable to other caracters like powerfull lord and heavely equiped heroes. Personnally i prefer to give my BsB a magical weapon and armor, getting the BsB just for the +1 CR and reroll morale check. sometimes i stick it on my hero in a charriot giving my charriot a better chance against bigger units or if i get a low impact hit roll.
U just gotta make sure he wont get taken out in CC, losing him that way would give ur oppponant easy bonus victory points and looking like a foul in front of Angry Khorne. Having other unit giving him a hand flanking or assisting him on multiple charges is the best way to avoid that.
