well here's the list:
Sorceror lord,slaanesh,lv4,dragon,diabolic splendour,golden eye of tzeentch,blasphemous amulet,spell familiar,dispel scroll
Chaos sorceror,tzeentch,disc,lv2,skull of katam
(5 marauder horsemen,slaneesh,throwing axes,musician)x3
Dragon ogre shaggoth,additional hand weapon
7 marauder horsemen,flails,light armour,slaanesh
This is my first list for woc and the first fantasy list ive made for a while and looking at it again I am not sure legal.Also, im not sure there is enough hitting power in there.Any thoughts greatly appreciated.

it is a different army from the ones we usually see, few players have posted armies with dragons, however i dont think that a dragon is such a bad idea.
What i would change is the mark stream of corruption off you sorcerer i ant quite see its use and give him dispel scrolls instead.
You might also want to fit conjoined homunculus and
Also if you are going for magic with a sorceror lord, i say you go for tzeentch. That way u get better spels and better protection (even though the eye doesnt affect the dragon )
Another thing you might want to chage is a shaggot wih a hellcannon (if not both) the reason is quite simple. As it is the army has very few models, that means that the eventual shooting armies you will be meeting will not have many thing to concentrate on thus making your shaggots prime targets. By tun two expect to have one dead for sure as they will shoot everything upon him. The hell cannon is different, he is tougher and he costs much less! he can shoot and he can fight as well.
If you remove the hounds and change a shaggot for a hellcannon i think you can get a 4th unit of horsemen and mark it khorne.
If you want hitting powe you can convert at least 1 unit of horsemen to khorne, and removing its throwing axes.

Wow I didnt see the hellcannon.It looks like alot of fun.As for the spare points I did what you suggested but I didnt mark the unit khorne because I want to stay to the two marks.I also dropped steam of corruption.As for the marks on the sorceror, I dont want three lore of tzeentch casters but I love the discs.Also, I love lots of the spells and I imagine hell shriek will be very useful when I am amidst the enemy.Anyway, thanks for the help.

What you could do about the marks is make one of your level 2s slaaneesh and mount him on a steed of slaaneesh. That way you will still be getting movement 20 and you can also put him with one of you horsemen units.
The reason i am still suggesting you make your level 4 tzeentch is for the simple fact of having a better chance of gtting infernal gateway which is possibly the best spell in the lores of Chaos.
That way you will be getting highly effective long ranged attacks (both in magic and through the hellcannon)
As for the mark of khorne it is up to you however i hope you know about the new frenzy rules by which even steeds get a second attack. That means that a simple unit costing 120 points will make 20 attacks - 10 st 5 due to flails and 10 st 3 of the warhorses.
I prefer the top spell of the lore of slaanesh to be honest and hellshriek is awesome when on a dragon with diabolic splendour.As for the mark of khorne thing, I totally agree its the best way to go but I just dont want 3 marks.The list is already unfluffy enough.Anyway dosn't khorne hate tzeentch?
He does but in the new book we re encouraged to mix and match
