    2000 All Cavalry

    Hey everyone, newbie fantasy players (and Warriors of Chaos, for that matter, haha). List probably has some issues, but I want to know what people think of it (and, I suppose more importantly, how to improve it). I definetely want to go for all cavalry with a reasonable magic phase (I do like the lore of Nurgle ). Anyways, here it is:

    Now, I'm pretty new but I've got a suggestion. Infernal puppet is great, but what makes it sick is if you've got a Tzeentch caster with pandaemonium on. Pandaemonium makes enemy sorcerers miscast on any double and prevents them from using characters' leadership so the enemy units will break easier. Give him a spell familiar so he's got more of a chance of getting pandaemonium and a book of secrets to maximize the MoT to get 2 basic spells off pretty easily. I think he'd be worth a unit of knights, just take them out and add tz. sorcerer with a barded steed. You should have enough points to add in another horsemen after that or give one of your sorcerers a dispel scroll. I think you'd be a match for any magic list with the infernal puppet.

    Hmm... looking at the Tzeentch lore, I see what you mean. I guess I just looked at Buboes and Rot and went "ooh, shiny" a bit too mcuh. :p

    I took out a unit of knights to make room for the more expensive sorcerer and gave a couple ugrades to the remaining knights. Had a couple of points still left over so the sorcerer lord got a bit of extra stuff (the biting blade, basically, haha).

    Looks like a nice list. You have alot of magic, and still enough heavy cavalry. Make sure you screen your knights very well, because some (magic) missles can ruin your day.
    Personaly I'm missing at least 1 chariot, because that would look really nice with the army, but on the other hand, I wouldn't know what to drop in return

    Oh yeah, and i like Tzeentch on my knights better than nurgle but thats a personal choise i think.

    Well done on choosing this guy. lore of Nurgle is the most reliable lore in WOC and even though you are just beginning it seems that you managed to see this already. Well done.

    I would give him a spell familiar tand a dispel scroll.

    I would not put him on a steed with knights. I would try putting him on a Demonic mount in a unit of 8 Marauder Horsemen with MoS, TAxes and Flails. That way he will be fast and manouverable, protected from shooting and will get a greater opportunity of going on the rear of ur opponents army.

    Your level 2 choices are good though you should give a MoT and disk to the Infernal puppet guy. Also add Him a talisman of protection.

    The other guy should get a Book of secrets and a power familiar.

    Nice core choices though i would take at least 1 unit with a Mark of Khorne and flails.

    Too many Knights. remove 2 units and give the ones you keep a Banner and a Magic Banner.

    With the other points you spare take a rare choice like a shaggot or a hellcannon.
