Point is my local store holds little 600 pts tournaments each week. The rules are as follows:
0-1 Special OR Rare
2-4 Units Total
At least one unit of 10+ infantry
No model worth more than 125
Taking all those restrictions into mind I came up with such army list
Sorc + 2lvl + MoS OR Sorc + MoN +Death's Head = 125
5 Warhounds 30
5 Horseman + Flails 75
10 Warriors + Shields + Halberds 170
5 Knights + Mon 230
I'm opened up for any suggestions (dropping marks for command/items, switching sorc to champ)

I just considered switching death's head for bloodcurdling roar and removing warriors' halberds to get points for MoS for horseman
In my opinion slaanesh would be a better lore in the lower point games than nurgle. Also death's head isn't that great imo you might be better off with roar. And you could probably get away with taking the halberds off since most likely there won't be big monsters like stegadons and giants as those are more then 125 pts.
Personally, I would drop the sorcerer altogether. Most times it would be 3 or 4 power dice vs. 3 or more dispell dice. A level 2 sorcerer would be pretty much wasted since you will have trouble getting two spells off with just 4 dice, and the first dice roll has a decent chance of being dispelled.
I would go with an Exalted Hero, Shield and just leave it at that. Place it in a unit of 11 or 12 Warriors and you will have some serious butt-kicking potential. Unfortunately you will not be able to have it mounted.
My personal opinion is that warriors need frenzy. It is the cheapest upgrade for them and will save them from the potentially unfortunate panic check if the other army has decent shooting capabilities. In this case, MoK is your friend.
Also, the knights will benefit from it as well.

Others may disagree, but I think a sub 750 point list should be short, sweet and too the point. Marauder Horsemen are nice, but you're enemy will not be able to handle this much attack potential at 600 points.
