So I'm trying to get a list sorted out for a future tournament, don't know when it will be though lol.

Basically my army has 2 bound items which I might use first to try to get my opponent to use dice, and if he doesn't, then hey at least I did some damage.
My Sorcerer Lord is going to be dishing out some seriously heavy damage to armoured units with roar/stream and his 5 spells will pretty much guarantee gateway every game unless I'm very unlucky.
3 Nurgle Sorcerers are in there to get some heavy damage spells because to be honest, I don't think the other lores have any decent spells for level 2 wizards (except pandaemonium of course).
I like the Hellcannon because it can do some serious damage to enemy units, especially if they have low Ld.
I was also thinking of replacing 1 of the sorcerers with an Exalted BSB like this:
Book of Secrets
Dispel Scroll (counts as a wizard therefore can take arcane items)
He would go in with my death star chosen unit, as it's proven that its presence on the field stops people from shooting at it, allowing them to get into combat, especially with 2 modifiable EotG buffs.
Your lord and the choosen are too many eggs in a basket for me. Stream of corruption is not really worth the points imo.
this army needs a squad of knight to counter and flank charge, as it stands you have many anvils but no hammer.
