    2000 pt Small local Tourney

I have a small local tournament coming up this sunday. I have played most of the guys at the shop numerous times and a lot of us have fallen into set routines on our builds. Typically I face off against VC, DE, HE, Dwarves, O&G, and WE. There will be a couple new guys out there and there is a possibility of the new Skaven making an appearance.

Typically I am very anti "named" characters. I never use them so I though this might be a chance to mess with a couple.
This list is a possible list I might use. I don't know that I like it really and would love any feedback, advice on how to edit it and make it stronger. Thanks in advance.

    Archaon

    Festus

    Sorcerer 206
    Lvl 2
    MoN
    Dispell Scroll x2
    Chaos Steed

    Marauders x 15 75
    MoS
    Flails

    Marauder Horsemen x 5 75
    MoS
    Throwing Axes

    Warriors of Chaos x 17 352
    MoK
    XHW
    Full Command
    Rapturous Banner

    Chaos Knights x5 280
    MoT
    Standard
    Blasted Banner

    Warshrine 140
    MoS

    thats a very small army

I'm not sure if 2000pts is a bit too small a force to be using Archaon, as he eats nearly half of it himself. Regardless though...

If you're going offensive with foot marauders then great weapons are superior to flails, after the first round you're more than likely hitting last anyway so you may as well keep the strength bonus from the GW

I've also found throwing axes on horsemen to be rather underwhelming. These I'd definitely rather have flails on

I'd also try and find the points for a unit or 2 of warhounds to screen some shooting

MoS is a better defence for a tourney than 3+ vs 4+ ward.

With Toughness 6 it isn't going to get wounded very often, so 4+ is fine, and with Immunitey to fear/terror/panic, it won't autobreak from combat and get run down or panic off the table.
