So I usually run the same thing as I've been building a tourney army, but I feel like doing something different and having some fun.
So tell me what you think of this. I'm playing a buddy's WoC. He likes magic, and he likes a hell cannon. The Shaggoth is there to deal with the cannon, and the lord might even brave it and go in with 6 str 6 attacks. For magic, I've been eager to try out the black tongue/infernal puppet combo.
Chaos Lord of Tzeentch on Disc, collar of khorne, enchanted shield, runesword, bloodcurdling roar
Sorcerer of Tzeentch on disc, lvl 2, dispel scroll, power familiar
Sorcerer of Nurgle on barded mount, lvl 2, infernal puppet
Chaos Sorcer, lvl 2, black tongue, barded mount
2 x 5 horsemen, slaanesh, flails, axes, mus, lt armor (1 unit without axes)
22 marauders, slaanesh, lt armor, shld, full command
18 warriors, full command, slaanesh, rapturous standard
2 chariots of slaanesh
5 chaos knights mus
Dragon Ogre Shaggoth, great weapon
Chaos spawn of slaanesh
Hmm, if he's running a Hellcannon he's probably got his own puppet, if for nothing else than to guard against Hellcannon misfires. Might be funny moving Miscast result around back and forth. That Shaggoth should be able to tear his back lines up unless he's got a lot of dogs/Marauder Horsemen to throw at it and keep it busy and out of the way. Also, I'd be a bit leery of taking a Hellcannon on in hand to hand, it's got it's own 5 attacks back.
