I couldn't decide on which mark to give to the sorcerer lord when I first made this list. The lore of Slannesh was my first idea - throwing out hellshrieks with diabolic splendor is really delicious - but i didn't want to give up spells that can be cast in close combat. I don't believe ecstatic seizures affects units in close combat. The lore of Nurgle opened up to a very nice combo with the powerful MB, fleshy abundance, curse of the Leper and Rot Glorious Rot.

The Lord on Dragon will be getting in the fray turn 2, so casting into close combat is important. With Nurgle, I can pop enemy heroes, give regeneration to my chaos warriors/knights, make an entire unit easier to kill with leper, and cause a 36" radius of D6 SD6 attacks.

I will have to just test it out and see how it runs with Nurgle before I dive into the unknown.

    GamePlan:
The Lord on Dragon and the Chaos Knights will be on the flanks along with the marauder horsemen. The 3 blocks of foot soldiers will be dead center to create the anvil. The warshrine will be snug fit between all three. I will put the level 2 nurgle sorcerer with the warriors and the BSB with the knights. I gave the BSB Fury of the Blood Gods in order for the knight unit to get some magic resistance.

I am going to test this list this week, any tips would be really appreciated! Most of the players at the game play Elf, Skaven, Brettonian, Empire, Vampire and Lizardmen.
